Life Is Measured in Moments. We Simply Help Pour Them.

Springhouse Reserve

Springhouse Reserve brings old-world craftsmanship together with modern rural alchemy to create exquisite, farm-to-table wines and spirits. Thoughtfully crafted in Indiana, each bottle reflects a respect for tradition, a spirit of innovation, and the distinctive character of life on the farm.

Ingredient Sourcing

We try to "bottle what we grew", but our farm isn't large enough for that and sometimes nature hands us bad weather and related poor crop yield.  We have a network of trusted organic and non-GMO sources that comply with our product quality requirements so that we can meet our customer demand.  This is especially true for grapes, cherry and apple.  We import grapes from Italy, Germany and Chile.  We get cherries from Michigan and apples from other Indiana orchards.

We expect to open the winery to the public in December 2026 and the distillery in June-July 2027.

Wines to be enjoyed, to help you celebrate good food and great friends.

Springhouse Reserve wines begin with fruit grown on our farm (to the extent possible) and carefully selected grapes imported from Italy, Germany, and Chile. Each is transformed and finished here on our Indiana farm. Old-world traditions guide the craft, while modern precision allows every wine to express its origins with clarity, balance, and a character distinctly our own.

These are wines made for the table—and for a life shaped by good food, meaningful company, and the quiet satisfaction of enjoying what you have worked hard to build.

From Fields to the Bottle. Crafted Without Compromise

Springhouse Reserve spirits unite old-world distilling traditions with modern rural alchemy, transforming carefully selected ingredients into distinctive spirits of depth, balance, and character. Crafted and finished on our Indiana farm, each bottle reflects the land, the maker’s hand, and our belief that exceptional spirits should be savored rather than merely consumed.

We combine the best our farm has to grow (corn, barley, wheat, rye, oats) and with grain from other farms that meet our quality requirements, with the best Scottish specialty malts to produce spirits with uncompromising flavor, quality, and authenticity.

Old-World Craftsmanship. Modern Rural Alchemy

At Springhouse Reserve, traditional winemaking and distilling craftsmanship meets science-based rural alchemy. By precisely guiding the natural processes of maturation, we create depth, balance, and character without depending upon years in a barrel—preserving more of the spirit’s true character while leaving America's old-growth forests standing.

Visit our Farm, Enjoy Our Hospitality, Make Friends

We do not follow the American commercial tasting-room model. Instead, we offer a more personal Northern Italian estate experience, where wine, spirits, food, farming, and conversation come together at their source. We hope to gain more than new customers—we hope to share memorable experiences and make new friends.

Reservations allow us to welcome a limited number of guests with the time and attention each visit deserves, while respecting the daily rhythms of a working farm, winery, and distillery.
